Q1: How do I book a Jolly Jesters jumping castle?
To book your jumping castle simply follow these simple steps: Call 1300 565 595 to speak to a
staff member, or go to the online booking page & complete the form, where a staff
member will call to confirm your details.
Q2: How much are the castles to hire?
The pricing for all Jolly Jesters castles are available online. Simply choose which castle theme
& length of hire, the prices will be shown.
Q3: Can I have a hire in a Park or Public place?
Yes, for further details just call us on 1300 565 595.
Q4: Inclement Weather Cancelations?
All of Jolly Jesters jumping castles have a sun/shower cover to protect users.
Should it rain or look like it's going to rain on the morning of your event we at Jolly Jesters
will give you a courtesy call to ask, if you still require the jumping castle for your booking prior to it's
arrival, where you will have the opportunity to cancel the booking before it arrives at your
event? Once entering into the hire agreement payment is required & is non refundable.
In the event of rain we recomend that all user cease use & discontinue until the rain has
ceased & castle & surrounds are dry.
Q5: Are there any safety Precautions?
There are many safety precautions, most importantly is that adult supervision is required at
all times. Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-skelatal injuries or disabilities,
pregnant women are not permitted in the castle at any time for their own safety. The
following is what is not allowed; No glass, belt, shoes & jewelry,especially rings & studs,
NO silly string or streamers, No food or drink permitted in castle, No sharp objects or
No pushing & shoving.
Q6: How much access space is required?
Access ways need to allow for at least 1m of space, and for the larger Combo style castle
at least 1.5meters of horizontal space is needed.
Q7: What if there are steps?
If there are steps you will need to notify us when making the booking as the jumping
castles weigh between 60kg and 200kg and it is difficult to manoeuvre up and down steps.
Q8: What happens if we damage the jumping castle?
If the damage is considered to be malicious then you will be liable for the full cost of repairs,
transport costs associated with the repairs and the loss of business costs while the castle is
repaired. We keep a record of the condition of our castles and would advise you to check
the jumping castle before the delivery person leaves, and note any problems.
